Returns are accepted if returned within 7 days of receipt. Only items that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in sellable condition can be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Any accompanying tags must be intact and in original packaging.
B)How do I return/exchange my order?
Returning an order by post:
To return a purchase made through the website, mobile or app, you can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier to our returns centre. We recommend you use one who can give you a "Certificate of Posting" as, until the parcel reaches us, it's your responsibility. Please take note that walk-ins will not be entertained at the returns centre.

C)How long will it take to get my refund?
Website, Mobile or App order:
It can take between 3 - 7 working days for your refund to be reflected in your bank account.
D)Will you refund my delivery charges?
If the item that you returned has been certified damaged or faulty, or isn’t what you ordered upon receiving, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery charge is not refundable if the return is due to change of mind, unsuitable or no reason.
